I took a gamble when I ordered these brushes - you get what you pay for right? Well in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is good and I had no issues using them for my oil painting. They clean up without fraying and loosing their shape —and there was no loose hairs falling out of the brushes after multiple uses. I will order these again.

These brushes are surprisingly good for being amazon brand and for their low cost. Were happy using them for my kids to learn watercolor techniques.

These brushes are very nice for the price. I would recommend them to anyone who asks about them. You can buy sable brushes and pay much more. But for a beginner or even a seasoned painter, they are nice.

These brushes are a artist's dream. They work in small confined spaces with a pointed tip and a large size for covering larger areas. I use them to paint models and they work great. The small pointed tip brushes are easy to use for positioning decals and the other sizes are for painting and detailing. The bundle of 10 is a steal, they are worth the price, for working on whatever project you are doing.

I’m 63, and have been an artist and a crafter all my life. I recently had a situation where I was out of town for two months and was taking part in some crafting projects and did not have my own (expensive) brushes with me. was working on some Christmas projects and needed some brushes quickly. I found these Amazon brushes and they could be shipped to my location quickly. I had very low expectations of these inexpensive brushes. I was doing a project where I needed to spread glue into specific areas to be covered in glitter.I had figured that a brush this inexpensive would lose bristles or fall apart in this use. These did not! We had a group of about 6 people, most elderly, most unfamiliar with how to properly treat a brush, using these brushes for a couple of weeks, and not ONE bristle fell out!Each brush held together, and stayed straight and strong and pointed throughout multiple uses in glue, and then being washed out, and then used in glue again. And, then they were used for some basic painting after all the gluing, and they still worked!I can’t say these brushes will ever compare to a great sable hair brush, but if you just need some inexpensive, basic brushes for a simple use, these just work! Mine are now back in their case and still look brand new. I recommend these brushes for a basic painting or any crafting use.

I have many brush kits, brand costly names, but I got these to take to a beginners painting classes for fun. that I decided to try. Have always taken my own brushes and water caddy, but because of the environment and the fact people tend to share your items without your knowledge here, I did not want to take a good set of brushes.. These are adequate for what I am doing in the class. Acrylic painting. Care should be given not to leave them in water and to handle them gently as some of the bristles did start to come out. Most of my good brushes singly cost way more than the pack of these 10 brushes, so I feel it was a good purchase for me. Even if I only get a few painting fun tasks down they will be sufficient. Good beginning brush kit for preteens/teens or older children that want to learn to paint, but your not quite sure will pursue more than a few time. Good brushes really do help with you talent, doesn't make you great, but makes it easier to get the paint where you want it , painting in straight line and with shading.

There are in my kit to bring my watercolors to coffee shops or burger king.They work fine, they hold up and there is a variety. I use watercolor crayons ( from Amazon) and you can lift the watercolors off of the page and create an effect like those books that you just use water and it colors them in

A few of the smaller brushes did well with my curb painting business but the larger ones brissels were poking out and made it hard to paint
