easy to use
simple to put together even though there are no instructions how to do it. Great to use and the kneeler mat helps. It would be easy to overdo it initially so be careful for the first week.

Neat Piece of kit.
Had a go at it a few times. For its price it definitely went beyond what I was expecting. Never got round trying the other bits that came with it but the grip itself is pretty solid. Done a few reps at 100kg and the springs seem solid enough. Only downside is that the grip can get a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of padding. Otherwise I truly recommend
