That's what it's supposed to do.... It's easy to hold and hold on to... I would recommend this item

Overall, I really like this massage tool. The unique multi-'leg' design allows you to apply the right amount and type of pressure to just about any location you could imagine. While the coating on the handle makes it far easier to hold, the fact that is is so round allows it to slip some - especially if using a massage oil. I think maybe a more oval shape handle would improve this - or some way to apply pressure with your thumb to improve control. Still though, a great product.

I use this massager to get the knots out of my legs after a long run and it really helps. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like one of those cellulite buster tools as somebody recommended but it does a job for massaging.

This massage tool is great for what ails me!.. I often get knots in my trap and calf muscles. I am able to quickly work them out using this handy tool. I use a little oil and it glides easily over my skin. There are no sharp edges or prickly parts.

This has been a great tool to help ease fascia pain. It’s easy to use in a variety of ways. The ends can be used for targeting trigger points.

There are very expensive versions of these but I have to say even though these are not super expensive, they seem to be made well. I have done a bit of research on fascia as it has a lot to do with how to relieve muscle pain and soreness. I can't handle those deep tissue massages, they are way too painful but using this device does make a difference to help with muscle recovery. I haven't noticed any change in cellulite. I don't use it on my face either as I have smaller devices because this is bigger than your hand. I find the most comfort running it on my thighs, calves and my feet. The seller only includes a smaller card for instructions but if you go back to the product page there is a short video. Otherwise I would suggest searching for other videos.

This massager is great! I've tried so many different massage tools over the years to fix my aches and pains, and this has been the best so far. It does an excellent job massaging out my knots and soreness. It's a good size, which makes it comfortable to hold and use. The knobbles are somewhat large, but not too large that they are uncomfortable or make things worse. The tool is well made and very sturdy.Overall, five stars and an excellent choice in massagers.
