Now with even more grip - 100% environmentally-friendly TPE. With its two-sided cell structure, the new Lotus Pro II 6mm has even more grip than before. It is produced using a newly-developed material, TPE foam which is environmentally-friendly, hygienic and 100% recyclable. The yoga mat is flexible, non-slip and shock-absorbing. Free of latex, rubber and PVC, thus suitable for those with allergies. The surface is comfortably soft, very resilient and shock-absorbing with 6mm foam and yet firm enough for standing positions without slipping. The closed cell construction of these mats prevents absorption of fluids, making it also easy to keep clean. The Lotus Pro Yoga Mat is recommended for relaxing Yoga or less demanding styles of Yoga and Pilates. We do not recommend this Yoga Mat for extreme Yoga styles like Astanga, (Power-Yoga) and Vinyhasa, since the TPE material is more delicate then for example PVC. Please also be aware, that surfaces of pure PVC and TPE Yoga mats will lose traction and grip performance when getting wet or accumulating sweat. These materials are not able to take (suck) in these liquids, this will create a film on the surface, which results in a lesser traction / grip.Washing Instructions: Hand wash, max. 40°C with little detergent (no fabric softener), or simply wipe with a damp cloth and dry well, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer.
