Good Quality for Good Price
The texture and color is just as I had hoped...a natural 'oatmeal' color with a light linen feel. You will want to iron this before putting it onto the bed. The corners are not sewn, however, this worked to my advantage because I needed to adjust the length to suit a 8 inch drop to the floor. I could simply fold the excess fabric under the mattress and the open corners easily fold over one another. If you wanted the corners sewn, it would be simple to hand-stitch or put on a machine. The fabric isn't thick but I don't notice it once on the bed. For the price (and I did my homework), this was the best quality and price I could find!

Good enough, but not great
For some reason king-size neutral tailored bedskirts are hard to come by. I wanted something neutral and preferably in a linen blend. This was the best option, especially for the price. I wouldn’t consider the fabric true linen, but more of a cotton blend made to look like linen. The drop is longer than I needed but I was able to pin it with no problem. It came wrinkled so I used my steamer but I’m finding it hard to get a really nice straight Taylor luck. It’s just a bit flimsy as you can see from my picture. Hence the four star rating. I think it’s because the fabric is so thin and does not have any weight to it. All and all for the money it’ll do.

Finally found quality linen!
Beautiful natural beige. Linen is not thin and they're very well made. I washed them on delicate in cold water and laid flat to dry; then pressed them both in 30 minutes. They hang perfect on the beds with bedskirt pins. They are not uneven or just a mess after washing and ironing as can be typical of cheap linen. Took me awhile to find this color in quality linen to match my Tommy Bahama bedspreads, but here they are!I'm very happy with these bedskirts!

Nice product for the price but needs work
I wanted a nice linen look bed skirt /dust ruffle and that is what I got. It's a nice weight, color and I really like the stubby texture. However, I really should have read and measured the drop length. I didn't do that (my mistake) and now need to take 2 1/2 inches off the bottom.Be aware that it won't look as straight and perfectly pleated as it does in the picture. You will need to do some significant ironing and steaming to get it looking like that. Also, Ifound a weird spot where random colors had been woven into the fabric. Including a rather offensive fluro pink color (see pic). All in all I'm happy. Just need to do a bit of extra work to get it looking like I want it.

Good for hiding under the bed storage bins
I purchased these to cover up my under the bed storage bins. My bed frame is 18" for reference. The beige color is nice and accurate. However, the white part that goes under mattress peeks out around my mattress. It would have been nicer if it were beige further up top.The product arrive super wrinkled so I steamed it to make it smoother, which worked. It does wrinkle fairly easily though.

needed additional work but I still like it.
There are 3 box pleats without crease by Iron or top stitches. So if you don't do anything, it will not look as good as pictured. So I spend about one hour to do iron then did top stitches by sewing machine. Now it really looks great and professionally done. I like the soft beige color and linen fabric.

Great Value-just what I wanted
This linen bed skirt is exactly as described. I did take it out of the package, fluff it a bit in the dryer, then steam pressed it all around, including creasing the pleats in place. The pressing didn't take long and really made the skirt look classic. Putting it on was easy enough with 3 people, two pulling at opposite sides, while one lifted the mattress. Slid into place in under 5 minutes and fit perfectly. It has the exact 16" drop that I needed for my taller feet on my Sleep Number bed. It looks very clean-lined and neat as a neutral accent to my sage/brown/cream bedding and dark wood floors. Great price anywhere I've shopped for a similar item with a 16" drop skirt.

Looks great!
This dust skirt looks great in my Arts-and-Crafts style room, but it would look equally good with many other styles. Very tasteful and refined. The only issue is that not every bed has a box spring that is 16 inches off the floor. Mine is only 15 inches, so it took some adjusting to get the skirt to look right, but once I got it right, it looked wonderful.
