My wife and I understand the relationship between good and bad bacteria in promoting gut health. We also know that there are many formulations that lack the proper nutrition and bacterial strains. We were impressed that the FutureNutra Probiotics had a 60 Billion count of good bacteria. There are six strains of Lactobacillus and three of Bifidobacterium, as well as Streptococcus. There are also a number of vitamins and helpful supplements included per capsule. As food for the bacteria, we found out Inulin it is one of the best prebiotic you can have in a probiotic supplement. My oral surgeon prescribed and required a very high dosage of antibiotics, and now that I have finished that regimen. I will need this product to re-establish colonies of good bacteria and get my digestion back to normal.For us, we seldom find the feelings of health benefits evident in taking probiotics, but we do rely on the numbers in helping to find an exceptional supplement and fix this aspect of our healthier daily lives.

These worked great for my stomach. No bad fast or smell. Great product.

Helps with probiotics; but you still should eat your carrots 🥕 apples 🍎 and such lot of water… wash through kidneys… important of his thinking and his energy WOW

The media could not be loaded. We had a positive response the next day,after my wife and I took this probiotic, . Our digestive systems immediately improved. The probiotics I used to take did not contain group B, so I guess this time it was the enhancement from group B.

noticed some difference after a week, even more after week 2. keeps my digestive system more stable, I would say. i'm hoping it has the long term immunity boosting benefits it claims! I like the small capsules and reasonable price, too.
