This moisturizer works well and definitely makes my skin feel hydrated after using it. The texture is a little watery, but it still absorbs nicely and doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. Overall, it’s a good basic moisturizer if you want something light and gentle.

It also has no artificial scent, which I really appreciate. The price is reasonable and affordable, which makes it even better. The Neutrogena Water Gel is my preferred cream. This feels like an odd jelly that doesn't apply as well. Still effective, feels good and fragrance free, and if I hadn't used the Water Gel prior to this, I would have given this 5 stars. However, Neutrogena Water gel is awesome and deserves all the 5 stars.

Perfect for oily-normal skin: Controls oil, light soft scent (not overpowering), non-comedogenic — no breakouts. Perfect before bed or daytime under makeup. Bottom line: Best gel moisturizer for oily-normal skin — lightweight, matte, soft results. Highly recommend!
