Electric cord too short.
Very nice gas stove. Perfect size for a small kitchen. The electrical cord is too short to reach the outlet in an older kitchen. A surge protector outlet was added to extend the cord.

Burners did not work at all.
This product is absolutely horrible. The burners did not work. Amazon's return process is also terribly slow and unreliable. I have yet to receive my refund. I'm never buying a large appliance from Amazon again.

The oven does not work well in high elevations
I live in the mountains in a high elevation. The oven would not stay lit. I had to do some alterations to get it to stay lit and I don’t like that you have to hold the knob in for 10 seconds for it to light not recommended for high elevations.

Good, simple range, 24 inch model
I don't like to write reviews before putting a lot of time in on a product but so far this little 24" gas range seems to be a solid product. It's simple and effective and oven temps are fairly accurate. Easy to clean. The burner racks are not real friendly with small diameter pots and pans. The fingers allow them to possibly tip but it's manageable so giving it 4 stars. Customer Service rep Erishka deserves 5 Stars with helping with a problem that occurred with shipping. There was some damage and she was able to remedy the problem without a big hassle. Thanks Erishka!
