For the price, these can't be beat. The assembly was easy and they look like high end. I bought them for myself and my husband and we have to fight the kids for time in them. The massage and heat functions are amazing, there are several different modes of massage as well as levels of intensity! I have a 17 year old toy poodle who sits with me and when I turn on the massage he just melts and sleeps like a baby. 3 years ago I spent almost $4000 on a new couch and Love Seat and by the end of the first year one of the recliners was broken. By year 2, all 4 recliners were broke and the seams had ripped open. We have 3 kids and 5 dogs, (I've already had to wipe them down to clean them and it was super easy) so I will never spend that much on furniture again. I've only had them for about 2 weeks, so I can't vouch for durability long term, but at this price if they last a year before needing to be replaced it will have been worth it.

This purchase was one of my best decisions as my body aches and pains get the best of my end of long days. This chair isn't about just sitting; turn the heat on then along with the versatile massages I get that seem to target my most needed areas. One more benefit is that im able to get in/out easily as im only 5'2 and finally dont need a "booster" pillow behind my back to reach the floor with my feet. Absolutely love my new chair!

This chair has a lot of features for the price. But a lot of things bring it down.The reclining mechanism is awful. Its constantly jamming. If you want to recline you'll wrestle with it until it finally opens. If you want to put the legs back down, be prepared to slam this thing because if you don't use a ton of force this thing is never going back together. Its the worst recliner mechanism I've ever used by far.The sides are made of plastic that slide onto the frame. The sides always flex which feels flimsy. The fabric is nice and the cushioning is OK but it feels like a chair designed for small people. A person around 5'6 or so would probably love this chair but if you're any taller the headrest is going to probably land in a weird spot for you.The massage and heat functions are cool for this price. Cupholders are cool too. Shipping was slow but it's impressive what they fit into the box. Assembly is easy enough.The comfort is just OK. The foam is really stiff and if it were contoured more comfortably it wouldn't be much of an issue. Itll probably get more comfortable as the foam breaks in a bit. If you're on a budget and like gambling on online furniture it's probably OK. But I wouldn't buy this one again.Update: The seller reached out and offered a partial refund based on my review. I do stand by the issues with the chair, but the company didn't have to go out of their way the way they did in order to try to make things right.

TL;DR the Velcro of the foot rest is insufficient for the functionality of the chair.This chair was purchased as my nursery chair, I understood that it would need some effort to close the foot rest as I have other chairs with the same features and overall assembly as this chair and I deal with that knowingly. However, my other chair didn’t have this problem. The Velcro that attaches the padding of the foot rest keeps coming undone when I raise it to lay back. So the padding detaches, not a big deal right? Wrong! When I’m holding my sleeping child and trying to stand up and with effort kick this foot stool back into place, I’m now fighting the padding, its folding and wedging its self between the foot stool and the frame. Having to try to stand up balance, my baby and fight with this padding material often ends up with me getting whacked in the back of the ankles with the foot rest if I don’t do it all successfully. Sigh. Other wise the chair is great, the heating feature is nice when I’m up feeding my baby and my back starts hurting. The massage feature is nice, but don’t expect it to work any knots out, just kinda vibrate. I like the size, I’m 5’4 and it’s perfect for me. I like the weight capability, I am a bit bigger so I know that I can use it with my baby or toddler comfortably.

Great chair! I was concerned that the mechanism that massages would be uncomfortable for just sitting in the chair but it is super comfortable. The massage action is subtle but relaxing and works through the knots. The chair is deep so closing it manually, and getting up, is not for the timid but if leg strength is not a concern then buy it! Nice looking, comfortable massaging chair for under $300... what more could one ask for?
