Love this kit
Loved the little heating case, that’s what sold me first with the heat control option! When arrived I took stones out to wash them as directed and noticed two cracked stones that missed quality control, I immediately contacted seller and they were right on it!! The interaction was swift and professional and they make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their products. It is very refreshing to be treated so well as a lot of sellers have lost the good customer service approach it seems these days, and so thank you seller for backing your products with a smile! Perfect size and heat level
I love that this case is easy to pack. I took on an out of state for my husband’s back needs attention. The heat level is adjustable and there are different size stones. It has worked well!
