Incredible sound! Might arrive with small scuff mark
I absolutely LOVE these wireless earbuds! They got here so quickly and I love them so much I’m already writing a review.First off: I’m so impressed with the noise cancellation. Even without any sound playing they block out so much noise. I don’t know if it’s the active noise cancellation or just how well they fit because I didn’t even have it connected to my phone yet but they just blocked so much noise and it was so nice. I’m always looking for noise cancellation.I’m autistic and noise can become extremely overwhelming for me, especially in crowded places. Using things like ear defenders can be a great tool but it’s also very noticeable and can attract some negative attention, so something simple like wireless earbuds with noise cancellation that can also play music or white noise is absolutely perfect. Plus, purple is my favorite color!Second: the sound on these is amazing! I’m not an expert in sound by any means. I started out by just playing a couple songs and it sounded really good.I always play “Control” by Halsey as a control song (pun intended) whenever I’m testing out the sound on a speaker of any kind. I love that song and I feel like it has a lot going on that lower quality speakers can easily miss and it’s a song that helps me easily know if the sound is good or not. There’s lots of small sounds in the background, vocals, and other things that can be hard to pick up. These earbuds ABSOLUTELY passed the test with flying colors! I even noticed some vocals I’d never noticed before, even with my car sound system (albeit not a fancy sound system lol)! I’m so impressed with the sound on these, especially for the price. For comparison, I have Apple AirPods Pro and these sound WAY better than the AirPods Pro.I also tested the button controls and they all seem to work. Bluetooth connection was a breeze. The only control that “didn’t work” was skip back a song, but I use Pandora on my iPhone and that’s actually more of a problem with any Bluetooth device I use with my iPhone specifically with Pandora and has nothing to do with the earbuds, and more to do with iPhone.I can’t say anything about call quality because I didn’t purchase these to use them for calls, only for music. My only con:When these arrived and I pulled them out of the box I immediately noticed scuffing on the back of the case. At first I thought someone scuffed it up and returned it until I noticed the box inside was scuffed as well. My assumption is that even though there’s foam on the sides, the case still shook during shipping and squeaked and scuffed against the box, causing the marks on the case.A really simple solution for the seller would be to either make the foam encase the back of the case as well as the sides or to put one of those styrofoam wraps on the back of the box to keep the case from scuffing. There’s probably plenty of other solutions as well to prevent this that are also very simple. It’s noticeable but not so noticeable that I’m going to bother with returning it and honestly, it’s just the back of the case. Disappointing, but overall an amazing value, beautiful color, and still absolutely worth 5 stars.Even with that one defect, I will absolutely recommend these to everyone! If you’re thinking of buying these for music, do it!

So far, so fantastic! I'm thinking about buying a 2nd set as a backup pair, they're that good.
I really love these earbuds. They're so comfortable that if it weren't for the music (or whatever) being piped into my ears I could almost forget that I'm wearing them at all. The sound quality is fantastic, you can actually hear the bass thumping, unlike the last several earbuds that I've used in the recent past. Also I've discovered that the range on them is better than the little instruction manual says, at least for me, I can leave my phone and the little charger box thingy in my living room and go upstairs or to the basement and the earbuds still work just fine. I'm actually considering buying a 2nd pair to use as a backup in case I'm in the middle of listening to an audiobook or binge watching something and the earbuds go dead because I forgot to charge them or just wasn't paying attention to their charge, they're that good. I have a little trouble with the buttons on the side and have so far only learned to use the buttons to pause what I'm listening to, not to answer a call or turn the volume up or down, but I haven't tried all the much either. And I did once have a bad connection while trying to watch a YouTube video on my laptop, BUT it was easily fixed by turning the Bluetooth on my laptop off and then on again, and Ta-da, all fixed.

Bass & volume? Oh, yeah!
First impressions after a week of use...Pairing was not automatic which is fine but it's not intuitive.Once paired, I was (and still am) blown away at how loud they can play!!! (Side note, I hate how every two or three updates to my Galaxy products yield a lower and lower maximum volume.)I am a 40yr+ "sound man" and I know how to protect my hearing & how to compensate for my age. If I want loud for a while, these will do the trick and the bass response is also amazing. To be fair, I have trouble keeping the left ear sealed but that is probably due to the size of my canal opening more so than the shape of the bud. It is only problem on the mower when my over muffs prevent easy adjustments. I can't speak to battery life in hours as I charged it after my first full day of use out of box and still have not drained the case below 50% with many long sessions so far. Let's just say I would have charged my Galaxy Buds 2 case three times by now.The two most annoying things in reverse order...2) when I put one in I hear "connected" and a few moments later "pairing". What? It's pairing every time? By the time I get both in and seated, they are ready to go.1) when I have to re-seat the left one or adjust either one, it is way too easy to bump the large pad that pauses playback. With gloves, pauses are guaranteed.I will eventually read all the directions and see if I can turn off the pads, but I wanted to test the intuitive features first before 'crawling under the hood' (for the younger crowd read 'drill down in the menus').Lastly, the over the ear design is better for my long use cases. They stay put with only minor adjustments whereas my Bud2 are likely to dislodge or fall out all together (especially while mowing). In summary....For the price I paid, if it lasts at least a couple years and all else is lacking, the volume & bass response alone make this a good deal. If it lasts 3 or more years, we'll, look out Samsung.
