My favorite dress that I own, good pockets, and material handles well for a round person like me

This dress was super cute. I didn’t realize the dress was a photo of the embellishments and not actual embellishments in the dress. It’s pretty thin but not thin enough to be see thru unless you really Stretch it out. It’s super lightweight so great for these Alabama summers. If you’re looking for something simple and cute, get this dress. If you’re picky or weird about fabrics you might want to skip this one.

I would put this dress really at about 3.5 stars. The mock belt could be a make it or break it. When it first arrived, on my body style, the mock belt just hung there. About three inches lower than it should have been. It looked really bad. If I had not been able or willing to throw a couple of stitches in it, it would not have been wearable. If I was going to try and order again, I would order a size down from what I expected to initially to adjust for how I carry my weight. It is an attractive blue color. It is a good thickness. Nothing showing through that I don’t want showing through. It has pockets. It did look pretty good after I threw a few stitches in the mock belt.Cons: For some reason the stars on the dress are gold but the buttons and the clasp are silver. I kind of felt like that took a little bit away from the dress. Although the clasp does come apart, it isn’t adjustable. So even though the dress looked like it should fit fine, the clasp pretend belt hung weirdly down and just looked all kinds of wrong. I was able to throw a couple of stitches in it to kind of secure it where it was supposed to be and that helped quite a bit. It still doesn’t look quite right in the middle right above the clasp. The fabric looks like it just isn’t in quite the right place. Even though the dress did fit, some parts of it did seem a little bit larger than I might have expected for the size I ordered. The mock belt for one, and the armpit area as well.

The dress is ok but compared to the picture shown it’s very faded and kind of ugly. From the picture I thought there were actually jewels on the dress. Not the case.

I love this dress. It isn't often I find a nice dress that fits well. This one has some nice stretch so that I don't feel confined and it fits true to size - 5x=30/32 which I normally wear at 5'8" and about 360#. The length is nice and the fit flattering to a larger figure - no you won't have the waist silhouette the small unworn dress shows, but it fits nicely and is perfect for Christmas or New Year's parties.

Pretty dress but the fabric is pretty thin.

I recently ordered the blue dress in 5X. I typically wear a 3X but the sizing chart indicated that the 5X would be best. I really need a 6X in this, but this fits (almost). The dress comes to above my knee and I am 5ft 8in. The sleeves almost make it to my elbows, which I like because I have large arms. The flow of the dress is nice how it flares from the empire waist line. The biggest issue is that because I am a DDD, the empire waist sits too high. If I put the shoulder seams where they go, then the empire waist starts mid breats. If I pull the seam forward some, then it hits right at the bottom (almost where it's supposed to be). If you're like me, then you will need a really good supportive bra to get the girls high. But you have to be careful because the neckline is low and my regular bra could be seen easily. There is a sort of half cami material flap that you can pull up that helps cover your bra some. The material is nice and soft. No scratchy or itchy material. The gold stars against the dark blue really pops. The pockets have these gold buttons that accent the edge, and they are too heavy and sag. The "belt" is represented as being clasped in the front. On me, since the waistline is too high, the belt sits oddly. I just clasped it in the back. I'm giving three stars for meeting expectations. If the

Love this dress. It's cute and a unique design. It's very flattering and the fabric is soft and flowy. If I had a complaint it would be the gold stars on the bodice with the silver buckle and buttons, but that's not really a big thing so I'm not taking any stars off for it.Super pleased and I can't wait to wear this for the holidays!
