From what I've read, its important that Vitamin D and K be taken together, which this supplement offers (NANOWELL DK Solution 120 softgels).Being in my 60's, I do feel pretty good in health but I was offered this combination of D3 and K complex so I'm taking these pretty much as a preventative measure and for good health as it relates to cardiovascular and bone support.These are very easy to swallow, and have no bad aftertaste. Further, my 5 stars for absorbency is based on the assumption that these should be easily absorbed into the body because of the way this supplement is formulated, the D3 combined with the K.The bottle itself seems a bit pricey but you do get a 4 month supply. Lastly, I'm responding well to these softgels with no side-effects.
