Tablet is elongated or oval of medium size.. thus easy to swallow. Glad I discovered this fine product and I will continue to purchase Nature Made Multi.

Good formula! Made me healthier.
This is my second bottle of this product. I got the first when my labs showed a slightly low hematocrit. I've been eating less red meat lately and when I checked my "senior" vitamin, I noticed it had no iron. This has iron and everything else that I am looking for. Sure enough, my labs improved. I also like that Nature Made is USP certified.

Good price
Decent price. Doesn't taste horrible. Fairly big, so if you struggle with swallowing pills this may not work for you. Easy to use, the directions are on the bottle. It does make my stomach upset so I take it with food.

they seem good, a little large to swallow and do leave an after taste. But they do have a lot of good stuff in them, 4 stars for the size, wish they were a little smaller

Good supplement
I had low iron so I needed to find a multi-vitman that had iron in it, which was surpsingly had to find. These actually have iron in them while not sacrificing on any of the other important vitamins as well. The taste isn't bad at all and the pills are easy to swallow. I've noticed an improvement in my iron as well after taking these. I'm not as tired as I once was and have more energy now. Overall a good supplement.
