No hace click al abrir porque no llega al punto y tampoco puedo barala , que debo hacer ?
The media could not be loaded. Que hacer si no se abre así de fácil como está en el video y tampoco puedo cerrarla porque se quedó atascada no hace el click y el botón de empuje para abrir y cerrar está súper duro no se mueve?

Death traps, rider beware
I bought two of these within a month of each other one white and one blue.Minor issues first. On one the main post was loose after week of riding. The second one keeps getting e7 errors.These are unsafe products as well, my kids have been thrown off these about 6 times so far. Both have same issue. When casually riding the scooter will error out and when it does the motor locks up. This throws the rider over the handles.The blue one also has been getting e7 errors so the connector to the battery is bad or loose. This could be what is locking both motors during rides hard to tell since you are flying in the air when it triggers.I have reached out to warranty and they have turned me into a repair shop. I am now a semi pro escooter repairman. Repairs have no fixed the throwing issue. Sad to say I'm trashing both and hoping for refunds.I am serious, these are dangerous products. If more people have this issue it would be nice to know as a recall or class action may be warranted.Rider beware!

It does not turn on
I got my scooter charged it until it was green and it does not start or turn on at allI just bought it and now I have to return it
