it was useful and the interface is not user friendly
It didn't let me reset the airbag light, nor did it let me program the new battery. The biggest surprise was that it didn't give me any way to check why my brake, ABS, and stability control were malfunctioning. The C110 didn't even really give me a comprehensive reading of the check engine light codes.What did it do? Well it powers up and connects at least. Beyond that, it was useful and the interface is not user friendly.

Not bad at all.
works well but does not capture all codes. which is expected at this price point. For as example air bag codes that this spits out will not tell you exactly what is wrong. It will however give you a general idea of whats is wrong.

Hopes are dashed
Hopes are dashed. This item failed to communicate with my BMW Z3. Actually I have two of these cars and it failed on both. Don't you love it when they actually have, in the main instruction book, a section for failing to communicate. Answer ... turn off key and try again .... fail. Now what? That is not in the book. No customer support, no phone number, no online support. Now I have a $60.00 brick. It is going back. I really wanted this to work

Good and does the job but firmware can be improved.
Yes it does work and clears most BMW error codes. Very specific menu and car selection which is very nice.However, it is Rather small.. much smaller than I expected it to be. Would be nice to advertise it next to a pencil or another known object. It is running on a generic firmware that looks like an elementary programmer's menu.I could not clear my dynamic sensor codes for my vacuum pump (ABS) though. Still searching for a firmware update!
