Looks good but poor structure integrity
the weight is very light - however it easily collapse under pressure/weight

Great and light suitcase
This is one of the best suitcases I have ever owned. The inside (and outside) is beautiful and when empty this is very light, yet sturdy. I highly recommend.

Good in theory but not worth the price
Looks good but completely impractical. It hardly fits any thing. Could work for a weekend trip. Not worth the price

Description is incorrect
The description said the suitcase was 21 inches tall. It was a huge oversize suitcase. had to send back. otherwise i love the suitcase had a carryon already. The straps broke on the sides and hard to get someone to repair

This bag is light and ingeniously designed to maximize packing space. Well worth the price!

This item did not live up to the Hartman Brand name
i received 2 suitcases and the next day took a trip and the black side straps on both suitcases ripped . The strap inside the suitcase ripped also. Incidentally a year ago i bought 2 of these suitcases in a size smaller and they both ripped on the side rubbers i thought it was my fault now i see the product is built poorly. i returned the item over 2 weeks ago still waiting on my refund .

Beautiful luggage, but went with the bigger size
This is a gorgeous, well made luxurious bag but I ended up going with the large. This is a bit of an awkward size--too big for a carry on, but the large isn't so much bigger than this one to be unruly for one person to manage while providing that extra bit of storage. Top quality and a beautiful color.

COMES WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS
Love the suitcase - at least the photo online. Opened it a few minutes ago. It has a TSA Lock of which I know nothing. No directions. No key for the little keyhole. Research online to include Hartmann and got nowhere. Contact Me (click on) deader than dead. No effect whatsoever.Called Amazon that generally I love. What a disaster that was. God Jennifer who clearly is not because she could barely pronouce the name. Unbelieable clatter in a language that sounded like symbols and garbage can lids in the background. Could not hear Jennifer at all. Hung up. Jennifer called back. Tried again. Even more frustrating. Hung up. She called back. I declined to answer. She called back. . . and back . . .Seriously. Not helpful.The luggage looks great. Perhaps I'll duck tape my clothes on the outside.
