Simply love it!
The truth is, no vacuum is perfect, and you need more than one: for different purposes and for each floor. My old Eureka sucked well but was heavy to drag, hard to store or use on stairs.Oreck's extra long cord was a big plus but it didn't fit under all furniture, and finally broke down.Roomba was great for cat hair but had too many downsides for me.Handheld Dyson is still my go-to for cleaning my car, furniture, and cleaning after small projects.Review after 9 months of use:PROS:-Beautiful and thoughtful design-Easy to store-Slides under all my furniture-great suction-Cordless is so convenient-Lightweight-Transparent dust bin-No vacuum bags!!!-Easy to empty out the dust bin-Light shows the dust-Good plastic material, not flimsy-Suction feature, etc.CONS:-There are only 2 attachments and I wish the brush was softer and denser, but I can use my hand-held Dyson when cleaning window sills and small corners needing attachments.I use my LG stick at the power setting just below Max, and it lasts me 30-40 minutes. I have a 1500 sq. ft. single-story house with hardwood floor and rugs. After getting the LG stick vac, I began vacuuming the house in portions because of the charge time, but it turned out to be a benefit not a deficit. Each charge allows me to clean half of my house, and vacuuming is no longer a dreadful chore. It feels and looks like a luxury item without the brand name price tag. I handle it with care because it does such a nice job, and I want it to last. I empty out the dust bin manually after each use to keep it clean.

This vacuum is not worth the dirt it used to collect
This vacuum was one of the worst purchases I think I have ever made. I bought this item on 9/15/2024 after we moved into our new house. We have had the same Bissell for 10 years and decided to upgrade to a cool new vacuum to match our new house. As of today, 5/24/2025 (a little over 8 months later) this vacuum will no longer charge. Prior to it not charging anymore, the dust bin would not automatically empty. This issue happened much earlier - around a month after purchasing this unit. I was willing to overlook it because it is easy to just empty it in the trash can and set it in the tower to charge. Now that it no longer charges, I am left with a $400 worthless piece of garbage. I contacted support and was forced to use a chatbot to try and solve my issue. They walked me through the normal troubleshooting steps which resolved nothing. They suggested I ship the vacuum back to have it repaired and asked if I had a box. I didn’t so when they asked for my address, I ended up getting disconnected from the bot. When I tried clicking the link to join back in, I received no response. I waited until the next day and tried again, going through all the steps I went through the day before. I am currently still waiting for a response from the “person” in the chatbot to offer a resolution. This is so unbelievably frustrating to have a $400 vacuum quit working after 8 months when you can go to Walmart and buy a regular Bissel for $60 that will last a generation. LG should hang their heads in shame as this product is just plain awful. Not just the product but the customer service as well. Terrible all around. Guess it’s back to the trusty Bissell!

Need More Juice
If I didn't have extra batteries from my previous vacuum I would be returning this. I have all hard floors with some area rugs. This vac does a great job but the battery isn't large enough to vacuum a 800 sq ft continuous. The auto empty is great but if you have pet hair you will need to empty it yourself.

Issues within 3 months.
Got this vacuum because I have a disability and I have a hard time taking my corded vacuum up and down the stairs. I keep this one in my entry way and use it for cat litter and hair downstairs. I have used it almost daily since I got it, and it finally asked me to change the bag because the vacuum is no longer emptying. I replace the bag, and empty the vacuum canister and put everything back following instructions to a t. The auto empty is no longer working. It seems to be a problem with the little sliding piece that sits under where the vacuum sits that is supposed to slide and pop open the canister. It sits in a place where any dust or debri that falls will get stuck in the cracks it needs to slide through, honestly a horrible (maybe intentionally horrible) design choice. I cleaned it out, as well as anywhere else I could reach on the machine and it’s just not working. I watched videos to see if there was anything else I can do but I guess I’m going to have to contact support to fix a 400 dollar vacuum that I’ve had for less than 3 months. Super!

Suction powet
I love this vacuum. Suction power is great, and the tower is so cool. Just load the vacuum back in the tower and it suctions all of the debris out of the vacuum. Definitely recommend!

It does NOT run for 60 minutes.
This was a splurge purchase, and I was excited to use it. The self-emptying feature is great. It looks good, and tucks away neatly in a corner. It also has good suction for a cordless vacuum. The problem I am having is that it runs for less than 10 minutes and has to charge 3-4 hours. I did all the troubleshooting and cleaned the filters, but nothing changed. I just read on the LG site that this model only runs 6 minutes on Turbo, 9 minutes on strong, and 30 minutes on standard (low setting). (This information is on their website - not in the manual that comes with the vacuum.) When you turn the vacuum on, it goes automatically to strong, and you must adjust up or down. It's great for a quick touch up, but not for routine vacuuming. I will continue to use it for small jobs, but I would not have spent so much on a vacuum with such short running time.

Best brand for vacuums
This LG Cordzero series are the best vacuums out there! I’ve had one for 5+ years and have ‘retired’ to the not so used basement and got a replacement with this auto-emptying feature. It still works great with the other heads- somehow I have much more gadgets from the old vacuum. I am very happy with the purchase!
