I was skeptical as the price was so reasonable and I am one to believe that you get what you pay for. I am super pleased with the performance and capabilities this watch offers! Just as loaded as any of the competitors. Great battery life, immediate response to text notifications and sleep tracking was on point.

I have often thought I didn't want a Smart Watch (I am a traditionalist that has a collection of regular watches), but a recent health scare left me looking for ways of monitoring my general health (Heart rate, Sleep etc).Given that, I purchased a watch by this company, and when I was informed that there was a new model, I decided to buy one, so I could charge one and wear one.I gave this watch a try and in all honesty, I am impressed. It checks off all my requirements, and a few more to boot.Bluetooth Call & APP NotificationsI haven't tried this properly yet, but the sound quality is good enough that you can hold a conversation with relative ease.The notification part is nice, as you get to see what alert has come through the phone without having to dig it out of your pocket. I just wish there was a way to give the alert a little more time on screen.. There probably is, I just haven't found it yet.Alexa Assistant & Smart FunctionsThis works well, and integrates with your home/office setup. Again, audio quality is good, and it has little trouble detecting my voice.24 Hours Health MonitoringOther than the Heart Rate and Sleep tracking, I haven't used this much, but who doesn't like a built-in step tracker? Blood/oxygen levels and stress meter are unexpected bonuses.7 Days BatteryI think this is pretty accurate. I prefer to charge my unit up when I get below 40% charge, just in case I forget to charge the next day. I have seen less than two hours to charge from 20% to full.Other features are the standard Calorie consumption, sports records, BMI calculator, and distance traveled by foot. I have also noticed the health trends, noting that my sleep has declined in the past few weeks, my steps have decreased dramatically in the same period. Information that you might not notice if you look at the data on a day-to-day basis.The watch uses the Veryfit app which is available on the Google Play Store and I believe the Apple store as well.The app seems well suited to customization, with many watch faces, skins and color schemes available.Additionally, the company seem to be on top of upgrading the firmware too... Had one upgrade the day it was delivered, and another upgrade going through three days later. Definitely a company that reacts in a timely manner.Definitely glad I got this... A good support group on Facebook too, with regular contributions from the company, and any question posted, typically replied to very quickly.

I received my watch was easy to set up. Worked great did all that was said it would do except track my sleep. I got in touch with the seller they gave me a few things to do. I did then it still did not track my sleep. So they apologized and where do very nice, they sent out another one right away. The new one tracks my sleep. Really enjoying this watch. Very much worth it.

This is a decent watch. I'm not a big fan of the connection automatically going to the watch and not my head phones. I also do not like how it shows no information for the music but other than that I really love the watch. It's definately an amazing watch for the price

My watch stopped working and I hadn't even had it for a month. The seller replaced the watch and was very apologetic. I received the watch in 1 day. The customer service I received was amazing and I really appreciate them being so caring and making things right.

Not super user friendly. A manual would be nice vs. looking on the internet for everything. Bought for my wife and she is figuring it out as she goes. She does like it.

I have been using my watch (IDW19) for about 3 weeks now and its been great. My only dislike is that i cant answer my texts but it does everything you see on Amazon there is a thing you have to pay for if you want all features unlocked but it really isn't expensive so I still bought it!This smartwatch has been a real game-changer for me. I love how I can answer calls straight from my wrist, and the sound quality is top-notch. Having Alexa built-in is super handy too. I can ask for the weather or set reminders without lifting a finger.

I've been impressed by many of the budget-friendly fitness tracker / smart watches on the market right now. A few years ago I was wanting to have some of the fun data that my partner was collecting with her FitBit. Being an iPhone user, the Apple Watch got first consideration but I simply couldn't tolerate such an expensive item potentially needing to be charged Every Single Night... especially because I wanted the sleep tracking like my lady has! I eventually chose a FitBit Sense which was on sale for about half the price of an Apple Watch, but promised 5 days or more of battery life. Honestly, I've never really regretted the decision... though there are some things about the FitBit that could be improved, like the inability to see a notification after it's initial automatic alert, even if you didn't managed to tap it to see the full message!But then lately I found myself wanting something more traditional looking because I always loved watches, and this smart watch caught my eye. Though up close it does have a slightly plastic look, at more than a few feet away the case looks really sharp... to me, at least. Plus you can change the watch face in the VeryFit app, and there are plenty to choose from.The touch screen is bright, responsive, and easy to use -- swipe down and you get watch settings; swipe up for recent notifications that the VeryFit app can be set to push to the watch; left and right get you various activity details and additional apps, which are configurable. And yes, you can scroll back through recent notifications - yay!The rubber/silicon strap is good enough, though a traditional style - not like an Apple Watch. But it feels good and works well.The VeryFit app isn't as refined as the FitBit app, but still does a good job. Fitness tracking seems to be reliable and accurate enough for me. I appreciate that the VeryFit app allows you to pair multiple watches and switch between them automatically... unless you leave more than one watch on at a time, in which case who knows which one your phone will pair with!Battery life is excellent at an easy 5-7 days depending on the number of notifications, whether you have vibration and/or sounds turned on, screen brightness, and so on. Charging to 100% only takes a couple hours too.But then I discovered something... I noticed that with this watch connected to my iPhone using Bluetooth, requests to "Siri" would not complete. The multi-coloured Siri listening blob would hang around for a while and then go away. And then, the watch would restart! Weird, right?! I was advised that a software update would be coming... but I'm beginning to lose hope. Fortunately, I don't ask Siri for a lot of help so it's not a major problem... but BE AWARE of this and buy according to your own usage patterns.If it wasn't for this issue, I would give the watch a full 5-star review. And hoopefully a firmware update will come out and fix the Siri issue in the near future.
