Helps with Soreness
This product reallllly helped with my soreness from working out. Even after taking it after my workout. I give it a 4 only because i wish the taste was a little better. It has great potential taste wise . I wish it had a stronger taste similar to koolaid, it’s almost there just needs a little more. Other than that I’ll continue to use this product.

It was delicious and it keeps you hydrated and energize
I love the flavor and it doesn’t give me the after taste. What I also love about the product is that it keeps me hydrated and energize throughout the whole workout without feeling the soreness. I did sweat while working out. I just kept sipping while I was working out. The flavor was so delicious. I can’t wait to finish this so I can buy a second bottle.

Unnatural ingredients
I’ve tried one so before I normally get the blue raspberry and it comes in. It’s small container. The product that comes is 100% natural ingredients very very clean no added sugars no added chemicals or nothing but this one right here is absolutely chemically made a whole lot of unnatural ingredients and you can taste it off the back from somebody that’s a clean eater. It does not taste well. It tastes absolutely gross because of all the other products they are adding into this drink. If you’re someone like me, this product is not for you. Clean eating and drinking is a healthy lifestyle for the healthy body. Work on keeping things natural. Its best.

Hands down the best!!!
I got the BCAA In both flavors blueberry and Gummy bear and I will say the taste is amazing. I drank it during my workout and it was very refreshing. I just put it in a regular water and it mixed very easily with a few shakes. Definitely helps keep me hydrated during my workout and after

Good flavor, but why sucralose
Love the flavor. It’s more sweet than other BCAAs… turns out that because they add sucralose, which destroys your gut microbiome. Wish I would have read the fine print.

I love the Blue Rasberry flavor. Helps me out when I am doing intense workout. Totally recommend Onesol and all of their products.
