Tasty but Expensive
For a premade cookie mix, this is ridiculously expensive. The cookies themselves are pretty straightforward to make and came out well from following the instructions. The dough was slightly sticky but the cookies formed well and kept their shape when cooking. Taste wise, they were delicious but I probably won’t buy again as the product is just way to expensive. You do not get many cookies for the cost and you could make your own at a much cheaper price. So while the cookies are tasty, the cost for them is excessive.

Love these cookie mix!
I can’t get enough of these cookie mix!! My kids wants to bake them every weekend. I’m so happy to find cookie mix that’s no mess in my kitchen. Only need butter & apple sauce. You can also replace apple sauce with banana or other fruit sauce. Great weekend to bake cookies this week, it’s cold & wet weekend. We made buttery cookies, the kids decided to add M&M. Rich chocolate cookies were so yummy. I like them crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside. Love San Francisco bakeshop cookie mix!!

That's how the cookie crumbles
The Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix was easy to make! I added non-dairy butter and applesauce and stirred it up. The cookies baked up nicely and looked great. However, trying to remove them from the pan or even just take a bite...the cookies crumbled. They have a pretty gritty texture, which is normal with a base of rice flour. They also fall apart because they don't have much holding them together- no gluten, no eggs. Their flavor is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, I couldn't even box them up to give to my gluten free friend, unless I wanted to give her a box of crumbs. I love the concept of a mix that is allergen free, but I just wish the cookie didn't need to be eaten in a bowl with a spoon.

Well, that didn't work.
Not much I can say about this mess. I followed the instructions on package and unfortunately my round balls just melded all together, no cookie shapes here. I did taste these, not the worst but not the best. Very greasy but they did taste like a snickerdoodle. Disappointed.

Good!
These snickerdoodles are easy to make and taste like a apple flavored snickerdoodle at the end. I followed the instructions except for baking them one minute longer in the oven. Dough is sticky, easy to roll balls but you will get residue sticking to your hands. I forgot to taste the dough, can't believe it. The cookies are soft and chewy and taste like snickerdoodles with apples. I did not notice a difference with the flours used (whereas I could tell with the chocolate chip cookie version, which was a bit chalky). Great alternative!

These are the best gluten free cookies out there
I’m always looking for good gluten free desserts and this company does not disappoint. The minimal ingredients needed is a HUGE plus too. They are quick and easy to make. The snickerdoodle is my favorite but the chocolate chip varieties are just as delish! I can’t wait for them to add new mixes.

Pricy for home cookin
Tasty gluten free cookie mix. Cinnamon snickerdoodles are always a win. Mix only makes 16 cookies, which by the time you make sure you have all the other ingredients, comes out to be about $1 per cookie. Not bad for a gluten free option, but baking at home is supposed to be more cost effective.
