They mix the shake really well and after buckets of runs through the dishwasher they have been fine. The powder cup is a fraction too small for a full 2 scoops, but only by a small amount. Zero leakage

Absolutely great doesn't leak when plastic mesh is fitted properly in the lid ready for you to shake and break up the powder, this has been tested on hikes in beach bags the lot if fitted correctly it doesn't leak. If shaken well you don't get any lumps, great durable shakers and dishwasher safe so easy to clean. Perfect size for a breakfast or a preworkout shake.

Absolutely rubbish. The items should be very good but unfortunately you can’t get past how much the plastic smells. I have was then numerous times and even use a steriliser. This has not been able to remove the smell. It’s awful and even taints any liquid you put in.Absolute waste of money!!

Great little cups. I’ve shaken my my way through 30 pounds of weight loss with these little cups. Perfect for Slimfast and similar mixes. Only complaint is that the plastic smells a little funny. Might be off putting to some, but doesn’t seem to add any odd flavors to the contents. Otherwise, it’s tough plastic that doesn’t leak a drop if it’s closed properly. The snap closure is a little tight, but once you get it, it’s perfectly sealed. Wouldn’t mind having larger capacity versions of these for various things. For the price, a very solid purchase.
