Ratcheting handle for DL1602A, DL1802A, DLx1900 and DLx2300 winches. When used in place of regular handle, it allows operator better leverage by using a ratcheting action. Can be cranked in full circular revolutions (if room allows) or ratcheted for better leverage on steep boat ramps or from an awkward stance.
