Product had dizzying smell. Like finger nail polish remover. Likely from the fuel the ship it sailed here in. Customer service 1st denied issue, then acknowledged this was an issue with all in current stock. Never offered to replace or refund. I gave it a month outside to air out. Smell does not fade. Outdoor product only.

The spa pillows are exactly what I expected. They work great in my spa. As others have mentioned, I would not leave the pillows in my spa between uses. They should be removed and stored to prolong life.

I ordered the spa pillow in white. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It is exactly what I was hoping for to relax and rest my head in the hot tub. The weights keep the pillow in place, but I really like that I can move it so easily.

I bought this as a replacement for the one I had. It's a little stiffer than the one I had but it soft enough.
