Really nice color, easy to assemble. Durable. Once the temp reached on thermometer, I threw in tempura 🍤 and veggies. Drained them right on rack and easy to clean. Not too much oil splattered out of pot, as it is curved towards the inside. Looks really cute. I also bought the green oil strainer, works great.

This has been a great little pot so far. I've used it many times for both frying and for making soups and rice. This is a smaller size so it fits perfectly on a small burner and heats up quickly and evenly.The overall finish is great, with a great non-stick coating inside the pot.The lid is a great touch, allowing you to cool and drain freshly fried foods while still cooking. There is also a feature on the lid to allow for steam builup to get trapped and not fall back intot he pot of hot oil. This prevents hot splashes and boil overs from the hot oil.Only issue I've had, which is minor at best would be the themometer, it does its job of telling the tempereature, but it tends to get steam buildup in the glass and can be hard to remove or to see the temperature while you're cooking.

My daughter likes to deep fry a few foods. I don't like deep fried food at all, so she usually makes just a few of each item. I initially got a small deep fryer, but the small ones are horrible to keep clean. She stopped using that and started deep frying in our nice non-stick pans. I was not a fan on this. So - enter this pan. It's got a nice shape to keep the oil from splattering out. The lid with a drain rack is awesome for letting some of the oil drip off before plating. I don't know if she uses the thermometer or not, but it wasn't hard to find the right stove temperature setting to make this just right. The only complaint we have is the pins on the top hinge that allows the top to fold up don't fit well. At least half of the time when we go to open the top, it just comes off. That's the only thing I'd change about it. Otherwise it's a great size for a single person's meal - or maybe 2, it's pretty, has a great draining rack, and is easy to use.

I'm loving it! I hated cleaning after deep frying before, but this pot saved me!!And now I can make the perfect karage because of the drip drain and the thermometer ( the temperature is key to success, right!?).Only thing I don't like is that somehow the thermometer is misaligned, but it seems to be working fine.

I love this compared to a regular deep fryer; it’s easy to clean, takes up less storage room and makes really crispy fries. Oh and let’s not forget the thermometer which makes it easy to keep the oil at the right temp.

I bought this for my son for Christmas.I thought it was a very nice pot that could sit out on the stove. After a couple times of use, it seems that there were pieces of paint or something in the oil. After about three weeks of use the outside paint started peeling off on the bottom of the pot, it was past the return date as I bought it a month before Christmas for my son for Christmas so it didn’t get used until February. The reviews on pride were really good. That’s how I decided by this one. I don’t know if I got a bad pot, the reviews just weren’t honest , I would not buy this pot again.

It seems small, maybe more suitable for one serving rather than a meal. I bought it for my son who is a truck driver and it would never feed him

This fryer works well and is safe, and it's dishwasher safe, which I love!

Disappointed about the quality. Thin and light pot. Coating inside comes out. Some scratches outside.
