This chandelier will add elegance to any room. It goes great with my speakeasy inspired room and would also work well with contemporary looks. Be careful opening and putting on the crystals. I broke one, but thankfully, several extras were provided.

I ordered this while we were building our house and never opened the box until it was time to install. They sent the wrong color. I got the Matte black instead of the smoke. It’s still beautiful but they wouldn’t let me return it because it was past the time they allow a return. But over all very pretty product!

I had an electrician install it. It looks great. For those wondering how to replace the bulbs when the time comes, all you need is a teenage boy or someone else lightweight. Seriously, all you need is to have him stand on the dining room table and reach down from the top of the chandelier to replace the 3 bulbs at the top of the fixture. or you can use a ladder if no one lightweight is available. As for the other three, if you have a long arm, the remaining ones can be accessed from the bottom. Just reach upward through the bottom of the fixture and access the remaining three ones. In short, there is no need to remove the crystal elements. Once they are installed, leave them alone.

The media could not be loaded. So excited and got so many compliments. I was confused between smoke color and matt color. But glad I ordered Matt. The package was well packed and Crystals were secured between Styrofoams. So all came in good condition :) no Hassel there.The cystral comes with it is clear color so the picture on website can be little clear but the inside light reflects the black frame color and gives a nice light black shine. Installation was decent and took 3 hours for 2 people. It's looks superb!
