Got the product and it was exactly as described, ran diagnostics and everything checks out good with the exception of a downgraded battery. I would have thought that renewed meant battery replaced as well. Especially since batteries are readily available on amazon at a good price.Great item in great condition and great shipping. Overall 4 stars, would be 5 if I didn’t have to replace a battery so soon after getting the phone.

This is a good value for the money. Battery life is good for the day & easy to charge. Like that it isn’t chunky or difficult to hold.

Just got this phone today. 2/19/2020. Paired and downloaded apps from my iPhone 6. Went to Verizon an got a new SIM card. Good to go. Looks like my battery is only going to 85% for a full charge. And I’m kinda having a issue with the charging port. But like I said, just got it.

Not sure what low light means but I do change my lighting through out the day.I had a 7 but my vision insisted on a larger screen. Since my 7 was only a year old I couldn’t justify paying for a new phone. I got a great price on Amazon refurbished fully unlocked 7+ which gave me Amazon satisfaction. Also bought two year square trade protection.I did have to call apple twice with serious issues that had me nervous about buying online but they were able to fix both issues.Apple also said having a refurbished phone from an Amazon approved company and square trade ..... I had a great deal. Caution about buying elsewhere.Love my 7+!!!!!!

The phone it self was shipped pretty fast. It came with a charger but no headphones. I had the phone for over about 3 months now and everything is going pretty well. Phone was fully unlocked, was able to use the phone with Cricket. The only issue that I have with it is the touch response to the keyboard. Sometimes it won’t respond when you type. When that happens I hit the lock and unlock button to fix it or sometimes I have to restart the phone itself. It gets annoying sometimes and but that’s the only issue that I have had with it so far. Other than that the phone itself is pretty good, except the annoying issue with the keyboard. I give the phone a 3.5 or 4 the most, unless the issue can be solved then I would rate it 5 stars.
