I ordered the red but received the blue, no big deal. I was surprised at how nice this cutter is. The whole thing is a bit larger than expected. The handle grip is comfortable and easy to hold with no slipping. The blade is large and sharp, and the blade cover is a thick sturdy plastic. My husband buys frozen pizza and cooks it to very well done. This pizza cutter easily cut through that hard crust. The instructions that were included are basic common sense for cutting a piece of pizza but didn't give hints about opening the handle to clean the blade. Although the photo in the description shows it opens, and there's an obvious hinge in the top of the handle area, I couldn't open the cutter to wash it. Seems like it should just pop open, not sure why I couldn't get it to open. This is more compact than my old pizza cutter so will be easy to store.

I ordered this in red, they sent me a teal blue :(Other than that its a great product.

I recently purchased a new Ooni pizza oven and decided to buy a new pizza cutter to go along with it. I liked this one because it completely comes apart for cleaning, as well as has a blade cover so if my son decides to cut his pizza, he shouldn't cut himself. Instructions are a little weak, as they include a sheet that tells you how to cut your pizza, and to disassemble it for cleaning. But they actually don't show or tell you how. I saw in the product picture it comes apart from the center, but when you look at it, it looks like it comes apart at the top. Just pop the center and everything comes out so you can wash it thoroughly. It is sharp and I have no problem cutting pizza with this. Overall, it's pretty good, I just hope over time the plastic parts holding it together don't break causing this to become useless.
