This is to replace and older version that had past its sell by date. Easy to follow instructions. Everything you need apart from screwdriver, drill and ladders are included. It took me two hours from start to finish to fit it. I have now road tested it so to speak for over a week. No gremlins found.. If you forget you have armed the alarm. It will soon let you know. The Pir s work very well and will pick you up in an instant. I recommended the old state of the Ark version. this is the updated state of the Art version.

Still quite hard to understand instructions but got it working eventually with a friend but this is a very good system quality alarm kit

Alarm arrived on time and all parts complete, Hi I followed the installation instructions and I thought I was quite proficient when it comes to instructions. I am waiting for a friend who has a similar system to see if I'm a dodo. As I write the alarm is not working.
