First, let me say I was impressed with the packing, solid crate with cleats securing the large panes of glass. Second, the machining of the metal was exact, clean, and beautiful. Install took a short time, 1 man job until you move the glass, definitely need a second set of hands as these are 10mm, not the cheap thin variety. Some final tweeking of rollers and all look amazing. 1 issue, with needing inner and outer handles, called and spoke with Amanda , very nice and professional, she put me through with Ryan and he quickly came up with a few options to resolve our preference choice. Many companies could learn and should strive for this level of professionalism, and solutions oriented leadership!!!

Exceptional experience with Eurotech. Customer service with Terry was superior. Efficient, respectful, understanding and pleasant to work with. Eurotech shower doors are beautiful and of good quality. Reasonably priced. Delivered in a solid crate. I thoroughly shopped for shower doors from Lowe's to Home Depots and various companies on amazon. Eurotech shower Doors by far is second to none.
