Fun way to teach math!
Great way to teach your little one math using this wooden ten-frame set. This allows children to visualize the pieces in order to learn addition and subtraction. I feel it helped a great deal teaching my daughter when she was in kindergarten. The pieces are colorful and makes this learning activity fun for the little ones.

Interactive Math Learning Toy!
This wooden ten-frame set is perfect for teaching kids math concepts like counting, addition, and subtraction in a hands-on way. It's designed for young children, up to 5 yrs of age, i'd say. The Montessori-inspired design makes it a great gift for classrooms or home learning environments. I think it is a wonderful learning tool for kids and would highly recommend it!

Help with math!
It's a great little activity to help your child learn math skills. It comes with a wooden board with ten different slots and a bunch of different colored wooden chips. It also comes with little rectangular thin sheets you can write with dry-erase markers that it comes with. It is a great visual to use when learning math because of the different colored chips. It's a great way to teach various concepts creatively.

Great tool for math learning
I like the help that this gives students when working on math problems. I ordered this to work with a first grader and it really provides an opportunity for visualizing math. The set comes with 6 wooden boards that hold 10 counters each. 60 counters total come in the box, each set of 10 is a different color. It also comes with dry erase markers and 6 dry erase writing boards. The counters are bright and engaging. The dry erase writing is an element that my first grade especially enjoyed. He also liked building with the counters. This set is a great value for the price and worth every penny if it helps your student in understanding.

Useful and fun ten-frame set.
My first grader and I have been enjoying using this wooden ten-frame set to practice number bonds, addition, and subtraction. What you receive in the box are 6 ten-frames, 6 different colored sets of circles that fit into the ten-frames, 6 little boards to write on, 4 erasable markers, a cleaning cloth, and a storage bag.I'll start with the cons since there aren't many. The little boards to write on are not very thick and they bend easily. This hasn't been an issue with how my daughter and I are using them, but don't expect a firm board to write on. The storage bag fits all of the circles and maybe the markers and cloth too. It is not to store the ten-frames or writing boards.Pros: This is a great way to visualize number bonds and how addition and subtraction works. The pieces are all very well made and I did not notice any rough edges or anything like that. The erasers on the markers are so so, but the cleaning cloth takes care of what they don't erase. It has been a lot of fun challenging my daughter to come up with creative math problems to solve. We even played a game where we added her first name to her middle name (by counting the number of letters in each). She loved that. The writing boards give enough room to write the number bond and both an addition and subtraction equation.I highly recommend this set as it is high quality and fun to use.

Perfect for differentiation and small groups
As a second grade teacher, I have a wide range of math abilities in my classroom. Providing engaging activities can be a challenge, so that's why I am glad to have found these wood ten-frame sets. The wood is lightweight with rounded corners, and are about 1/2 cm thick. It comes with 6 different colors of round wooden circles. I would have preferred there to be only two colors, or one color on each side to keep students from arguing over what color they got, but that is a small issue. The kit comes with 4 small dry-erase markers and 4 flimsy dry-erase cards that my students bent on the first day. I ended up just having them record on their own white-boards their thinking. I also wish everything fit into the provided bag. Even with these few issues, I still use the ten frames all of the time, and my students enjoy them.

Awesome learning tool!
Got this for our almost-4-year-old to help her start learning her numbers and basic math better. We're 100% happy with it. We love the different colors and the writing pads and everything else. The chips are well made and smooth so we don't worry about slivers. Having the different colors really helps drive home the math functionality. With multiple boards we can either go with bigger numbers or some other kids can get in on the action at the same time. Our 2 year old even enjoys playing with it. Definitely can recommend this one!
