5kg Utterly Peanut Butterly Peanut Butter For Wild Birds

Birds are nesting and have young so I wanted something that was suitable for the chicks, Blackbirds, Robins, Great Spotted Woodpecker and both Great and Blue Tits, Starlings and others are loving this and the peanuts are well chopped so should not choke the babies.

The garden birds love this product. It attracts lots of different birds and the squirrels also join in, unfortunately

Arrived in a bag in a box, easy to cut and transfer into tubs, the birds love it!

I previously wrote a review...but it seems to have disappeared. I wonder why.My first bucket (see photo) arrived well packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy box but was damaged at the base of the bucket. The contents are clearly way too heavy and dense for the light plastic. I have identical buckets which I had bird suet (2kg) sent in with no problems. The bucket appeared to have been damaged prior to dispatch as the packaging showed no signs whatsoever of fallout from the contents leaking.I contacted Twootz and they responded very quickly with a replacement offer which arrived quickly and thankfully intact. I have no quibble whatsoever with the seller.My birds were their usual picky stand-offish selves for a day or so but are now happy with the butter as far as I can tell. I have it in several containers around the garden and it gets visits but to be fair not quite as well received as the previous butter without the added grain corn etc. I bought the bulk sized tub because it was costing me so much so I hope they DO like it...!!! Time will tell.UPDATE;My fussy friends have now gotten used to this goop; especially my flock of winter visiting starlings and the robin. Consequently I'm back to order more. I keep the tub in my chilly shed and it doesn't seem to have gone off over several MONTHS. I now would recommend on behalf of my regular customers. ☮️And I have just received my next bucket and am totally gobsmacked. The seller (well done-I'm impressed!) has taken on board ALL previous comments; outer packaging (not tubs) was excellent and totally recyclable. Product now arrives in two smaller tubs so less stress and less chance of breakage. Ok. So more plastic, which could do with addressing but at least product wasnt wasted due to plastic shards. I do however note the contents are now altered with less peanuts ...will continue my epic updated review when I see if my birds actually approve of the different recipe. Back later.

This is the second order I have ordered from this company and an extremely pleased. It arrived very promptly much before the due date. The birds love this peanut butter which I put into old empty peanut butter for birds containers. Much cheaper way of buying it and lasts quite a long time!

Excellent product - decanted into lidded plastic tub. Can now refill my glass jar without having to buy replacement filled jars each time. Should be cost effective & the birds love the peanut butter. 10/10 :)
