The walls are very thin and there is no gasket to make it waterproof so I don't see how it can be fireproof or waterproof

It’s not a fire safe, it’s a lock box with a low end locking system!

We waited too long to unpack product and missed return deadline. We received no operating instructions. Also, door sticks at top left.

As frequent amazon user I have never had the urge to write a review about anything I've purchased. However, this purchased messed with my livelihood and I want to warn everyone else who might be interested in purchasing this.This safe worked great for about a couple months and then all of a sudden it just failed to unlock. The batteries were totally fine. The code was correct (it responds in a different way if it's not the correct code). It literally just failed to open. I'm not sure if it was an electronic or mechanical issue.I had my most precious valuables in this safe. My passports, birth certs, cash, jewelry etc. So I was freaking out when it just pooped. The failsafe key was no where to be found and on the manual it reads that you can contact them for a replacement (for a fee), but alas, there is no contact info. No brand. No name. Nothing.After panicking for about an hour I finally decided to take a hammer to it and guess what. It was the easiest safe to break into. All I had to do was the pry the door on the hinge side and it just cracked open.Not only did this piece of junk trapped all of my belonging, but it didn't even protect it from a household hammer.Stay away from this product. And whatever Vogvigo is.

This is a single wall construction, and has holes in the back and bottom for mounting. This is NOT fireproof or waterproof. This is ripping off people with false advertising on multiple accounts.
