It's a big elastic band, what's more to say?

One band. That's all you get. One band for 26 dollars! One band. And they won't even make it right when you bring it to their attention. False advertisement is one of the worse ways of doing business. Super disappointed. Don't buy with them. Complete ripoff. There are WAY too many other option on here to get 4 or 5 bands at the same price... or lower.

I thought this order was for the set of bands not just one. Very high price for one band. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d realized I was only getting one band.

One star due to the poor quality of the advertisement it is not made clear that you only get one item. There is no were to select which one, £23 for one rubber band is a rip off

I ended up getting two bands for different resistances. They are thick, tough and durable so i wasn't afraid to put my weight on them when training. The Blue one allows me to perform pull ups but i find it hard to get my foot into it which did result in me getting vag slapped and stuck (it slipped from my heel so i ended up straddling it with the end still attached to the pull up bar). After my Bf stopped laughing he helped me out so i am a little more careful now xD I recommend them though, just be careful ;-p

I originally ordered this product thinking it was a set of resistance bands. I was a bit disappointed when only 1 arrived. Apart from that, the band is very good quality. I was going to return when I saw the 1 but figured I'd give it a try. One thing I want to know is under the recommendations in this product description, it states: "Black - Light resistance training (arm curl, shoulder press, pushups)"It's not possible to perform a shoulder press movement with this resistance band, unless you want to snap it. The picture on this listing shows the red band being used, which is the same length and the person is standing on 2 feet. I'd like to know another way of doing this or do I need to purchase other bands? I'm most likely going to purchase the red and purple ones as they are recommended for resistance, stretching, and mobility. Do you have an exercise demonstration booklet or anything of the sort to go with this?Highly recommend the product, I just feel the information and advertising could be more accurate.

I liked the product, you can do a lot of exercises with it. Unfortunately after just one week the black band has started to show signs of wear: cracks on one edge. I have used carefully the band, however I do not believe that is going to last. Amazon customer service was great like usual and offered me full refund.I have the blue band from them as well, which so far is doing all right. I have emailed coresteady customers service 2 days ago, however so far no reply.

I bought the purple one. I was going to use it as accomidation resistance with a bench press. However I could not even lift the bar for one rep with no weight hahahah. My max bench is 100kg, and I could not move the bar an inch. So if you are going to use a band for accommodative resistance, use a band less than the purple one.Overall the band is good quality
