This is perhaps the most comprehensive mushroom formula I’ve seen to date, as it has an impressive seven mushrooms (with the most recognised adaptogens included) in a versatile, organic and pure powder format. I don’t know what percentage of each mushroom is in the blend but presume they’ll be shared out fairly equally. Benefit-wise they allow for a good energetic but relaxed and clear-focussed start to my day, or as an effective mid-day booster, that’s lasts a good few hours and which seems to produce better and longer-lasting results than coffee. It’s nice to see the seventh mushroom (tremella) included, which I don’t normally see, especially as there's other benefits associated with it other than its supposed effects on skin appearance. Although the packet recommends mixing the powder with food or beverages, it can be mixed with water (which I did as an initial taste test). The powder naturally tastes of mushrooms but is otherwise quite palpable, and not unpleasant. It's ideal to be mixed in with a protein shaker bottle. There’s a lot to like here, such as its 100% purity. What I very much like is that it’s been tested for containments, which gives me much more confidence taking it. I also like its organic certification by the UK Soil Association. Price-wise, for the range of mushrooms, that there’s about 40 servings, and the fact that effects are noticeable fairly quickly after taking it, it’s quite good value and could easily be considered as my main mushroom supplement. As the vitamin D content is fairly high it also saves buying this vitamin separately so there's a potential saving there. There doesn’t seem to be a scoop included, but nevertheless it’s easy to scoop out what's needed with a teaspoon. The packet opens with a quick tear along the top and is resealable keeping the contents fresh. My verdict is that this is another much deserved five-star product from this supplier.

great mushroom mix. Love the name of the product, really stands out amount other mushroom powders. Very nice selection of mushrooms in one pouch. If you are into mushrooms, this a good choice, it has sweetish taste. Very versatile and dissolves well, especially in hot drinks, like coffee. But i also add it in my protein powders. A little expensive, since mushrooms are a new trend these days, it is still an amazing product, which is also organic. The packaging comes with all the essential information you need to know about this product. Great choice in my view. If you dont want to limit yourself to just one type of mushroom powder, i.e lions mane etc, and want get pretty much all the benefits from the top mushroom powder, i find this mix a really goodd choice.

La verdad que me ha sorprendido, necesitaba lo que estos hongos me dan, calma , porque estoy mucho más tranquilo, alegría porque aunque soy alegre me siento muy contento así sin más y me gusta, es como que notas bienestar, activo bueno yo también soy activo, bueno y sigo siéndolo tomando los hongos y más concentrado también, porque me quita además esa ansiedad, entonces me hace estar más tranquilo en la toma de decisiones rápidas , bueno muchas gracias esta es mi opinión
