The original of this image was taken with a twin lens Roleiflex Camera from Staten Island. It shows the SS Sea Venture sailing down the Hudson (a.k.a. North River) off to Bermuda for Flagship Cruises, leading a regular Saturday afternoon parade of cruise ships. This one was later used in the television series, "Love Boat." This image was taken in 1974 and is published in Mr. Gambee's second book, "Manhattan Seascape--Waterside Views Around New York." All ten of his photography books are at Amazon.
