Retrospec Retrospec cm 3 Bike Helmet with led Safety Light Adjustable dial and 24 Vents

Great deal for my 13-yr-old daughter. She didn't like how her previous helmet looked or fit, so I bought her this one. It is very, very lightweight, yet still seems pretty sturdy. It looks much nicer on than helmets I've previously purchased. The light works and the helmet adjusts, so she'll be able to use it for a while. Good price and overall good purchase.

This helmet is a great deal for the price. It is high quality, very lightweight and a very comfortable fit. I highly recommend this helmet.

I bought 2 of these. 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. So far it looks good. Fit nice, not as comfortable as I'd hope. But it fit nice, light weight, easy to adjust and the light is nice to have on for any riding. I will update my review after a few months of using and see what happen.Here are some pros and cons about this helmet:Pros:- Cheap!- Easy to adjust- Removable paddings for washing- Comes with 3 light mode, flash, slow flash or always on.-Nice color variety, I recommend something bright.- Good fitting options for different head shape and size. This include the back adjustment for size and height.Cons:- Not very comfortable compare to other brand- After taking off the side strape have to be adjusted on the next use because the strape move at the anchor at the top of the helmet- It do not have a chin guard, this make the clip cut into your skin sometimes. I prefers D ring version instead of a clip.- It's cheap, you get what you pay for.At the end, helmet are still styrofoam/cooler box shaped for head. Make sure to check the date that was made because it should only last 5 yrs before replacement regardless of you drop it or not. All helmet are one time use, if you crash or drop from great height then you should trash it and replace it. That's why it is good to buy theses helmets. It look nice and not too expensive where you feel like you'd waste money if you replace it.

...but it fits well! It's very adjustable. The LED stopped working after a couple of days, but the helmet itself fits snuggly on my head. I don't know how it will hold up in an accident but so far it feels like good protection.

Needed a solid, cheap helmet for road biking. It's pretty light-weight, but also solid enough to take a hit. There's also a light at the bike of the helmet, which comes in handy if you go biking at night. The vents also keep the head airy so it doesn't overheat during the bike ride.

Great helmet for price! Comfy, easy fit. LED include on back, however it’s a CR battery, not rechargeable. Still... for less than 20, just as good/better than most 40+ dollar helmets at bike shops. 1st one came with no LED light in the back, but easy return/exchange, 2nd one had it included. I wear it regularly. Quick and easy to fit on.

Well made and like the flashing light on the back for safety.

Light weight. Looks a bit bulkier than expected. Overall good.Problem: light does not function (I removed the battery saver tab/plastic piece per the instructions) and the light still does not function.Update: Contacted helpdesk at retrospect: good customer service. However, recurring problem with C3 helmet was identified. 2 of 2 helmets I ordered had the same light issue that stems from a manufacturing oversite that can be remedied with about 5 minutes of pyring out the battery, motherboard, and bending the battery contact points so the togggle functions.
