Can I download my ITunes library onto it?

Only if you can open the files on your PC or Mac. I didnt try it from itunes. I had my Music library in a folder on my PC.

I want to be able to click pause or next through a pocket. Is this touch screen or does it have clicking buttons?

Just average product. Overpriced. performance is OK. Accustomed to high performance of SONY and IPOD, I found the product disappointing. The operational buttons are almost invisible unless exposed to bright light.Power output in Bluetooth mode is very low. I bought it because it is less expensive than SONY player with blue tooth. The price of this product dropped by almost 25% after I bought. There are cheaper products with equal or better performance.
