easy enough to use
Received it in a generic, enclosed plastic bag with a sticker/barcode that says what it is - no instructions or anything. however, not that you really need it. product has an adapter at the end, seemingly for it to be universal. I had to remove it for my usage but it was fairly difficult. I had to put the tab against the counter and slam it down in order to get it out. anyways, would buy again if I need to, very handy and made tightening the toilet lid so much easier.

Low plastic quality and didn’t fit
I bought it as a universal tool for toilets seats replacement!It didn’t fit the one we have (pretty standard).The functionality seems to be very interesting but ended up not useful as the tool did not fitMade from a weak plastic material that was immediately eroded with the first attempt to fit it

I tell everyone about this
If you go slow. you wont' have issues with it breaking or coming apart.I change out bidets every so often because our water is super hard and the jets start to get stuck after about a year. I always dread it because dealing with the toilet bolts it the FREAKING WORST. This made SHORT work of it, and i was in and out of there in a jiffy. I told every friend about it so even if they don't have things to install, they can take the seats off to clean with no fuss

Doesn’t fit any of my toilet seats
Totally useless! Fits none of my toilet seats. I would return it but for the price, it isn’t worth the effort.

Works as Stated
This worked fine and I would have given it five stars easily except it came with the smallest tool lodged in the larger end and it was hard to get it out. Took longer to get it apart than to use it. Still, super buy and worked well!
