I was really worried about ordering this without sitting on it first but we are so happy with this set. The cushions are very comfortable and thick and the backs are high enough to offer great back support. I put the majority of the set together by myself, not very difficult. This is a beautiful addition to my new covered deck

We have been looking a good while and based on reviews took a chance with this set.The pieces arrived in excellent condition. Instructions were clear and they even included extra hardware. (would be nice for them to add a hex wrench for those who may not have one)Assembly was easy. Remember to leave every bolt pretty loose until they are all in. Then tighten down alternately.The cushions are so comfortable! Like really comfy. Let them rise a few days to completely fluff up. Made with a canvas material and appear very durable. They have zippers as well so you can launder as needed.The wicker appears to be durable and of good quality.Glad we took a chance with this set because it is worth every penny!We now use our outdoor patio so much more.

This is perfect. Just what I wanted. Thick cushions, wide comfortable arm rests, you get it all with this set.However...if you can tell in photo, one of the chairs sits crooked.They are not easy to assemble, except when the holes actually met up. If not, urgg.So I would be returning this chair, but in no way want to take it apart 😢 I have tried everything I could to fix it, but can't. So, bottom line is, the right side ( if sitting in it ) is about 1/2-3/4 " lower than the left.I have OCD, so this really annoys me alot. But, my husband doesn't care. So, I will be using this chair so I won't be looking at it on my patio LOL.Other than one chair being crooked- this would be a 5 ☆

This 5 pc outdoor set is awesome!!! A great buy!! They were packaged nicely. However we did read the reviews and suggestions before purchasing, and had trouble with one of the chairs with the holes lining up. A little frustrating but we made it work. The cushions are more comfortable than anticipated from some of the reviews. Overall, definitely worth the money and we are happy with the look and comfort of the set.

My husband and I were very pleased with this patio set. It looks amazing and is comfortable. My husband has back problems so a support pillow was required for his comfort but we wanted pillows for added cuteness anyway. Cushions are thicker than most. Took us almost 2 hours to put together but it was easy. Only complaint was disappointment that a week after purchasing it the price dropped over $80. Still very happy with our purchase. Now to get tables and covers.

I researched a lot of patio furniture before buying this one. The cushions are thick and very comfortable. The fabric is good quality. It took a while to put together and definitely needs 2 people for assembly. Very pleased with our purchase!

This is a decent set, looks good and was fairly easy to assemble. The cushions could be a little thicker. My main issue is that I have only had this set a month and there is rust seeping out. This is outdoor furniture, I don't understand how after that short of time there would be rust. The pictures I have included were after I cleaned up a large amount of rust since it was all over my brand new deck. Not happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 5’2” and you can see in the photo how high the back is. I really like that as I feel it is more comfortable and relaxing to sit in with the higher backs. I received one piece that was a little damaged. I contacted the customer service department through Amazon. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and I received a new piece within a few days. The shipment came from California. I did not have to return the damaged piece. Their customer service is definitely top-notch when ordering something this large and expensive it’s nice to have customer service that response so quickly and kindly. The cushion that you sit on is very stiff but very supportive. I’m sure overtime it may be a little more cushiony, but definitely quality. I’m very happy with this product.
