Just my personal experience
These hurt my feet across the top. Very comfortable to walk in, but too tight across the top of my feet with no breaking in. I adore the shoes but I personally cannot wear them. If you don't have a bony, high prominence across the top of your feet, these may work for you

The most painful shoes I have ever worn
I recently started a new job, and I am on my feet for 8 hours on cement. My feet have been killing me no matter what shoes I wear, so when I saw these cute as heck work Crocs, I thought, what could be better than Crocs? So I decided to try these. I worked no more than 4 hours wearing these before I was limping in pain - so much so, that by the time my lunch hour arrived, I had to change into another pair of shoes. I couldn’t believe how much pain and pressure these Crocs left on my left instep, that after a week, my foot not only still hurts, but I found bruises on the pinky and middle toes of my left foot! And the pinky toe was purple! I don’t know why the bruising was in the farthest toes rather than the instep bones that went up to the big toe, that still hurts after a week of not wearing them. I can’t wear them anymore at all! I will be giving them away. The negative reviews are right! Don’t buy these horrible shoes!

They work, but BEWARE…
These are cute and work well…BUT…I had to give them away because they were too tight at the tops of my feet. If you have high arches, beware. They actually bruised the tops of my feet because my arches are so high and the material is quite hard and unyielding.

Not the same foot-shape model as Classic Crocs.
I have abnormally-proportionef feet. My normal shoe size is women's 9 wide, requiring the vamp and toebox to be deep as well as extrawide, but medium-width heels. Because this is hard to find, I spend summers in open-toed sandels, then all winter I suffer in too tight shoes, (in spite of buying 9W, extra-depth.) My daughter introduced me to Classic Crocs this past summer, and they were SOOOOO comfortable, I decided to invest in a prettier pair, but ones I can wear year round, (enclosed heel, no slots in the toebox area.)Based on my experience with classic Crocs, I expected them to run slightly wide, with a wide "boxy" toebox. However, I had to return the 9's because this newer style of Crocs is not designed with the same extra-wide, extra-deep toe box and higher vamp as Classic Crocs. I could get them on, but after a few minutes my feet began to swell. I wasn't ready to give up on Crocs, but without the option of half siazes, I had to order the same size in 10's. These work Ok, but they are sloppy in the heel, my foot sliding 1/2" forward from the back of the shoe. The will leave me in danger of snow falling into the back heel area. These problems could all have been alleviated if Crocs had just retained the same foot-shape model of their Classic Crocs when designing these Neria Pro Graphic Crocs.

True fit
Supper convenient to put on and works well with thin or thick socks. Work 12 hour shifts and feet stay pain free and dry no matter what. Excellent slip resistance even on wet tile and carpet. Only awkward in counter was I ordered a 9 and received 9 wide. Lastly if you have weak ankles be cautious.
