I have an MTHFR gene mutation and I have to use chelated zinc and methylated folate. Mutation is quite common especially with ADHD. 250 tablets! Plus in the end you have a great jar 🤯

Good zinc supplement overall. The tablets are easy enough to take and the bottle lasts a long time. I just wish they were a little smaller, but no real complaints.
