A good book to skim through once. One could definately give it a read. Honestly one of a must read it is.

Selecting self driven talented managers to manage various companies/businesses and taking their own decisions to make profit. Very information how Buffett has started his journey
This book has mentioned not only all Major companies in US how they have started thier businesses and how Buffett has invested. But also Buffett management skills , how he has succeeded in his life .

it's a stupid book , the writer basically uses one line thrice in a page . in every paragraph you will read the name of warren buffet at least 8 times . A book that is just somehow expanded and written like children . better off buying foreign author books than of such cheap qulity .

Gives a decent understanding of Buffet's investment strategies. Not detailed but decent. A good read especially for beginners in markets or young employees or new businesses.
