Puritan's Pride Premium Phytosterol Complex 1000mg with Beta Sitosterol, Dietary Supplement for Heart Health and Cholesterol lowering Supplement, 100 Rapid Release Softgels

Been taking these Phytosterol Complex softgels for a few months now, and I'm happy with them. They're easy to swallow and seem to be helping keep my cholesterol levels in check. I always feel better knowing I'm taking steps to support my heart health.

This is a good brand and I decided to switch from the brand that I usually buy. Plant sterols are effective for a variety of health issues- do your research. Easy to swallow, flavorless (I like the gel caps!) and a great price for the dosage.

These work well but I went back to my old faithful CholestOff only because I know those have worked for me over the years, but many of the sellers have gotten out of control on the price and these are nicely priced. If I found there first, they would probably be my favorite.

I bought this product to reduce some points on my cholesterol. I am a thin male but through heredity I have a high cholesterol count. I have been eating healthy for decades. Although, maybe at the low spectrum of aerobic exercise, which I have procrastinated to improve for years. I do still go to punk, metal shows and walk sometimes for hours but not all the time. I have supplemented for decades and find it has improve my health and over life. I take two of the puritans pride now every morning with breakfast for about a month. I will know in the summer when I get my blood work if the product has lowered my cholesterol. I hope it does because I don't want to go on pharmaceuticals again. I will continue to buy this product in hopes of change. From what I know now, I do recommend puritans pride. Thanks!

I like these supplements. They are very easy to swallow, and do not float up into my esophagus. Like some other supplements tend to do. I hope they will have a beneficial effect on my cholesterol levels. They did arrive damage, but the seal was not broken, so I did not hesitate to take them. The damage to the packaging has nothing to do with the product; rather the process of shipping. So I’m still getting these five stars.

Good value if works

I am a healthy 34 year old woman who has been blessed with high cholesterol due to genetics. My doc recommended red yeast rice along with a plant sterol because I really didn’t want to immediately jump to taking a prescription drug for the rest of my life. I take 2 caps 2/day. I just had my follow up appt and I am so happy to say that my levels have come down!! I highly recommend the pair!

Before I started taking this, in November 2021 my total cholesterol was 224, hdl 31 and ldl 165. Since I have been taking these for a month coupled with diet and exercise, I have seen some improvement. My lab results showed total cholesterol 209 (dwn 15), hdl 31 (same) and ldl 152 (dwn 13).I still need to work harder on getting down the numbers to the required level. I request that thd doctor submit an order to get retested in 3 months time. Let's see what happen.
