Not so much....
I wanted to love this so much!! I was excited to find an erythritol replacement. Not so much. This causes so much digestive issues from gassiness to diarrhea. If you have IBS or a sensitive system, BEWARE!!!!

Expensive but a great alternative to sugar
I had read about allulose and was excited to try it. It is a natural sweetener found in small amounts in figs, raisins, maple syrup, and other foods. It does not metabolize in your mouth (no cavities) and has 10% of sugar carbs. It bakes and freezes well and is close to the sweetness of sugar. Allulose has the graininess of granulated sugar, but its fineness is comparable to powdered sugar. We tried this Pyure allulose in pancakes, cereal, and oatmeal. It worked great, and I could not taste the difference. On the other hand, Stevia has a taste that I find slightly off-putting. As of this writing, allulose is the most expensive alternative sweetener. Pyure is even more costly than other brands. I assume this is because of the organic certification. As it becomes more popular, I am hopeful that the price of allulose, in general, will come down.

Texture is more like powedered sugar than granulated, but still works in drinks
I got this for coffee and other drinks assuming it would have a granulated sugar texture. It's bit more like powdered sugar, but still dissolves well and works. I've used it for a few things so far and it's a nice amount of sweetness - pretty much what you would expect. I appreciate that it's zero calorie without a weird fake sugar taste, but a lot of the modern artificial sweeteners are much better than they used to be. Overall, happy with this.
