These are prefect. I purchased for a cruise i went on. One shot bottle will fill up 3 of them. They are longer than a normal tampon but no one is going to make you pull it out. The product tube are pretty big , easy to use. Only has 12 shot so maybe the ability to buy more tube would help . Good amount of package to reuse them over and over .
