Been taking hmb for years. Good stuff

I have nerve damage on my left side from a broken neck in a car wreck in 1993 and walk with a crutch. I could not do stairs unless I took them one at a time with my right leg only. After about 2 months of taking this every day (with 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 this is essential) I glided up a staircase over a little bridge and back down the other side without even thinking about it. I was shocked! Then a couple months later I went to the St. Augustine FL Lighthouse and walked all the way to the top without resting or taking them one step at a time with my right leg. I cried when I got to the top. I highly recommend this supplement.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I just received this... haven't started taking it yet. Was shocked to see the dosage is four (4) large capsules daily. Never would have bought it. Who wants to take 4 large capsules every day, in addition to whatever meds/supplements someone may already be taking. I better see incredible positive benefits from this stuff.
