I found this tool perfect for the job I needed this for. I had to grind off adhesive that was on concrete for over 30 years. 1st, I read many reviews stating it burnt up right away or it didn't last long. If you let the tool do the work, not put undue pressure on it, it will do the job 100 percent. If the grinder started getting hot, take a break and let it cool. The motor has brushes so loading the armature will of course cause the electric motor to overheat as well as the grinding tool. I did my front porch in a few days, taking my time. If your in a rush then you need to rent a commercial grinder. I personally like this grinder.

great design but motor burns outgreat design keep working on the motor.....

Grinding concrete

This tool is nothing but a lightweight toy. Burnt up in less than 10 minutes into a job. Look elsewhere. Replaced with a Makita GA9060RX3 and got the job done.

I need a floor grinder for a good size room.This 7inch grinder worded great , I'm removing a 1/16 of inch or so of concrete fast and easy!

Use it for an hour and it gets damaged.

Product arrived containing many pieces without an assembly instructions. It did contain an operations guide. Packaging implied that I wasn't the first person that this product was shipped to. I emailed the manufacturer for assembly instructions but never got a response. I returned the product and went with the Bosch version instead.
