I purchased this fan last year and I have been throughly satisfied with it. It dies exactly what a fan is supposed to do. Blow cool air and light up my room.I will say within 4 months my bulb blew. The lights are led so it's not a quick trip to Lowes for a 60W screw in bulb. I contacted the seller for a replacement. They were very accommodating and sent my replacement bulb right out.Recently my remote was operating my fan. I believe my 2 year old granddaughter was the culprit. So once again, I contacted the seller and asked to purchase a replacement. Just like last time, they were very accommodating and decided to send me a replacement. This one I'll make sure I keep up high.Overall, it is a great product. It is beautiful in my bedroom and the customer service team is outstanding.

Three months after we installed the fan, the lights stopped working. However, the seller responded quickly to my request for a new light and sending one now. Should be a simple fix. The fan itself is great!

We installed the ceiling fan on our front porch and we love it. It very quiet, very powerful, throws off a lot of breeze, has a bright LED light and easy to use remote.Its made from high quality material and looks beautiful too.

This fan looks very nice, however functional issues are present. You can’t set the color of the light so every time you turn on the light it is a different color. This becomes very annoying. If this issue could be resolved it would be much higher in my books.After using this fan for a few months the light no longer works and costumer service is non existent. Save your money and energy get something else.

I bought this fan for our small Garden Market and it is PERFECT! We chose the 72" fan for the size of the room and slope of the ceiling - it fits great! It keeps the room cool without the use of the AC, which was one of the main reasons I wanted a fan. That's almost unheard of here in GA where it's not only hot, but humid. It's also super quiet. I would advise that you have help putting it up because of the size, but installation wasn't hard at all. So far, this fan is doing exactly what I bought it to do, and I am very happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. Looks great. Packing is awesome. I'm the first reviewer buying fan with American specs for use in European current voltage region of 220v . Hence, A transformer to convert 120v to 220v will be required if you want to use it change specs from American voltage to European . I had to arrange for a downrod locally. There are no downrods listed by the manufacturer and amazon staff is too rigid to provide a solution or contact the manufacturer for the same. They asked me to return the entire fan , which was a lame solution in my opinion. Hence I had to arrange for a downrod extension from local hardware store and wrap insullation tape around in as the rod diameter was way too small to slip into the 1 inch factory downrod.Installation was super easy as described and the airflow for 8 blades is awesome. Even 9 ft distance from floor to fan lamp will suffice for good air flow. Lamp brightness is on the higher side which is good for people who are depending on fan lamp as the only light source for their living space lumination.

Edit:It has not been a year and I am having issues with the light flickering back and forth between color temperatures while it’s on .We’ve checked the wiring and nothing .I’ve tried to contact the seller and idk how that’s even possible. Such an expensive light and no way to fix it . What a shame .The fan was fairly easy to install . It looks very sleek and I love the remote use .I looked at a lot of fans and not a lot of them had the option for three different light color settings and it REMEBERS the last setting you were on . You don’t have to toggle through the light settings every time you turn the light on and that was really the deciding factor for us . It has 8 different fan speeds also . All around great fan

I really like this fan. I generally use the fan at #2 (of 6) speed and can feel the air circulating throughout the room. I was slightly disappointed in the light because I thought it was fully dimmable, rather than just 3 settings. But now that I am used to it, I'm quite pleased. It lights up the area - warm for dining, bright/brighter for reading and working.The LED light failed very quickly, however, they replaced it immediately with no hassle. I've rarely had such responsive customer service. Kudos!
