Great product
I am not a DIY person but found this easy to fit. It has a smooth open / shut motion and sits well in the ceiling downstairs toilet) without being obtrusive. We used it to be able to gain access to plumbing above in the ceiling.

Faulty Ratchet
Ordered 2 one is fine the second has a faulty ratchet and wont stay upOnly discovered this today so have emailed the seller

Good for accessing hidden power units, etc.
This is a solid metal frame with hinged (and removeable door) that provides access within a wall space.It's designed to work with plasterboard and the recess is just the right depth. You can plaster over it with just the gap around where it opens.Door opens wide or can be removed, and has a safety line for when in a ceiling. It works well and is easy to install.Good value for money.
